Debra Louise Kimbler, 54, passed away Monday, December 2, 2019. She was born September 24, 1965 to Sam and Shirley (Beverly) Harper in Pensacola, FL. Debra is survived by her husband, Michael; children, William Harper, Constance Harper, Fatimah Harper, and Sam Harper; and several grandchildren. Services will take place in Tallahassee, FL at a later date.
