Pricing

GENERAL PRICE LIST

These prices are effective December 5, 2023 and are subject to change without notice.

The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers.  You may choose only the items you desire.  However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead.  If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

PAYMENT AND CREDIT OPTIONS

An important aspect of providing total service to you and your family is allowing appropriate choices; not only in funeral services, but also in your choice of payment options.  Outlined below are several choices for payment.  We require that all accounts be secured 24 hours prior to services.  Securing the account simply means that we have definite and secure assurances of how the account will be paid.  This is no different from an arrangement that you would be asked to make on any other major purchase.  We reserve the right to withhold any services for which payment has not been made.

Cash Settlement: Balance is to be paid 24 hours prior to services.

Insurance Assignment: Payment of cash advances at time of arrangements and the balance to be paid by any assignable life insurance policy.

Insurance must be assignable to Reflection Pointe Funeral & Cremation Services and meet the following criteria to secure account:

1.  Coverage is verified with the insurance company the day arrangements are made and sufficient proceeds are available.

2.  Assignment is made by the beneficiary for payment directly to Reflection Pointe Funeral & Cremation Services for payment of all costs.

3.  Claim and assignment forms are processed by Reflection Pointe Funeral Home.  This service is provided at no additional cost.

4.  Policy must be over the two year contestable period.

Funeral accounts will need to be secured in another manner if the Insurance Policy will not allow an assignment or for privacy reasons will not allow claims to be filed through Reflection Pointe Funeral & Cremation Services.

Pre-need Funeral Plan: Payment of cash advances at time of arrangements, with the balance to be paid by an existing pre-need funeral plan.

Credit Card: We accept Visa and MasterCard as payment for services and merchandise provided by Reflection Pointe Funeral & Cremation Services.  Payment of all cash advance items will need to be secured with cash or check at time of arrangements.

Bank Loan: Payment of cash advances at time of arrangements, with balance paid by bank loan or approved by loan officer to our office 24 hours prior to services.

Cash Advance Items

These are third party items that in some cases we may be required to advance immediately above our services and merchandise.  Some third party items are not required to be advanced by Reflection Pointe Funeral & Cremation Services but we would be happy to place on our contract for your convenience.

We accept a check or cash for these items which are due and payable 24 hours prior to the service.

Some examples of cash advance items are as follows:

Cemetery Space and Opening and Closing Charges, Tent and Equipment Charges, Honorariums for Ministers or Musicians, Newspaper Obituary Charges, Certified Death Certificates
