Van Thanh Tran, 64, passed away Wednesday, September 9, 2026. He was born December 25, 1961 to Hon Van Tran and Tam Thi Do in Phu Quoc, Vietnam.
Van loved performing karaoke, fixing anything, traveling, eating, shopping, and spending quality time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Nhan Van Tran and Tho Van Tran.
Van is survived by his wife of 42 years, Nhung Ngoc Nghiem; children, Julie Nguyen, Micheal (Dieu Tam Huynh) Tran, and Cindee Tran; and granddaughter, Emma Tran.
Visitation: Wednesday, September 16, 2026, from 10 am to 7 pm and Thursday, September 17, 2026 from 9 am to 12 pm. Funeral: 12 pm, September 17, 2026, all at Reflection Pointe Funeral & Cremation Services, 3201 S. Webb Rd., Wichita, KS 67210.
