Susie Cook

Susie Cook, 77, passed away Sunday, May 22, 2022 at home.  She was born August 29, 1944 to Roy and Emma Rose (McElroy) Hickle in Wichita, KS.  

Susie retired from Boeing.  She loved quilting, antiquing and woodworking.  Susie enjoyed spending time outside working in the yard, fishing, and smoking on the porch.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jerry Cook; and step-brothers, Greg Bland and Lance Bland.   Susie is survived by her children, Michelle Cook, Sheri (Dale) Bowman, and Rebecca (Greg) Watkins; sister, Jackie Begeschke; grandchildren, Tresa (Alan) Richey, Karissa (Ray) Curlee, Tyler Petrick, Garrett Bowman, Chevy Watkins, and Gavin Watkins; and great-grandchildren, Jaiden Richey, Dylan Richey, Chloe Curlee, Lorelei Curlee, Rowan Petrick, and Baby Watkins. 

Visitation: Wednesday, May 25, 2022, from 5 to 7 pm at Reflection Pointe Funeral & Cremation Services, 3201 S. Webb Rd., Wichita, KS 67210.  Graveside Service: 1:30 pm, Thursday, May 26, 2022 at Rose Hill Cemetery, 607 E. Silknitter St., Rose Hill, KS 67133.
