Shih - Chung "Andy" Liao

Shih-Chung "Andy" Liao, 54, died May 14, 2018.  Viewing: 1 - 8 pm, Thursday, May 24, 2018.  Funeral service: 10 am, Friday, May 25, 2018; all at Reflection Pointe Funeral & Cremation Services, 3201 S. Webb Rd., Wichita, KS 67210.  Andy came to the United States in November 1992 living in Augusta.  On Feb. 15, 1993, he opened the Beijing Restaurant and later the Beijing Bistro in 2005. He is survived by his parents, Wen-Ping Chen and Pi-Hsin Chen; wife, Hui-Fang Lu "Melody"; daughters, Lu-May Liao, Lu-Ling Liao; son, Guang-Hua Liao "Anthony"; sister, Yen-Lin Chen (husband, Danny Lee); brothers, Art Chen (wife, Ivy),  Steve Chen (wife, Eggie); niece, Chloe Chen; nephews, Roy Chen, Sven Chen; good friend, John Hennessy.
