Rose Marie Mintz

Rose Marie Mintz, 82, loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away Monday, February 23, 2026. She was born June 2, 1943, the oldest of Clifford and Lavonne (Tyler) Williams in Osborne, KS. Rose Marie was an avid quilter and a member of multiple quilting guilds. She will be remembered for her sense of adventure in her travels and independence. Rose Marie was an active member and servant at Countryside Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 55 years, Merle Mintz; daughter, Amy Mintz; and brother, Bruce Williams.

Rose Marie is survived by her daughter, Dawn (Mark) Waddell; grandchildren, Victoria (Clay) Steele and William Neece; great-granddaughter, Vera Steele; and siblings, Kenneth (Elizabeth) Williams, Sherri Lewis, Lynn Fetters, and Paul (Lynn) Williams.

Memorial Service: 10 am, Saturday, February 28, 2026 at Countryside Christian Church, 1919 S. Rock Rd., Wichita, KS 67207.
