He was preceded in death by his Father, Rodrigo Rustia; mother Rosalina Rustia; two brothers and one sister.
Romeo is survived by his Wife, Cristina Rustia; Mother in law, Estelita Cosico; brothers in law, Reginald Cosico and Edwin Cosico; Sister in law, Yolanda Cosico; nephew Rommel (Elvie) Russtia; and other nephews and nieces.
