Robert "Bob" Starr, 69, passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2026. He was born September 20, 1957 to Robert and Katherine (Spencer) Starr in St. Petersburg, FL.
Bob retired from the United States Air Force after 20 years of service. He later worked for Cessna Aircraft Company until retiring after 25 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and wife of 43 years, Cynthia Starr.
Robert is survived by his sons, James Starr and Shane (Allie) Starr; 6 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
Memorial Service: 1 pm, Friday, November 6, 2026 at Reflection Pointe Funeral & Cremation Services, 3201 S. Webb Rd., Wichita, KS 67210. Inurnment to follow at Reflection Pointe Cemetery.
