Võ Văn Quy, 64, passed away Thursday, February 14, 2019. He was born May 10, 1954 to Que Van Vo and Xi Thi Nguyen in Da Nang, Vietnam.
Quy served in the South Vietnamese Army. He came to the United States in 1979 and was a proud American. Quy worked for Hiller, Inc. as a carpenter for over 20 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Sam Thi Vo. Quy is survived by his children, Yen (Sol) Roeun, Linh Vo, and Vu Vo; grandson, Maxwell Roeun; sisters, Phung Thi Vo and Hien Thi Vo; and former spouse, Thanh Ho.
Visitation: Friday, February 15, 2019, from 5 to 8 pm and Saturday, February 16, 2019 from 9 am to 10 pm. Traditional Buddhist Service: 1:30 pm, Sunday, February 17, 2019, all at Reflection Pointe Funeral & Cremation Services, 3201 S. Webb Rd., Wichita, KS 67210.
