Phouy Ounarom, 73, passed away August 23, 2025. She was born December 12, 1951 to Pheng and Csy (Manithip) Soukhaphonh in Luangprabang, Laos.
She was a nurse, seamstress, community leader. She really enjoyed swimming, traveling, cooking and spending time with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Xaysana Ounarom.
Phouy is survived by sons, Naphouminh (Julie) Ounarom and Naphouvieng (Phon) Ounarom; grandchildren, Nya, Leah, Quinn, Xane and Nova; several brothers and sisters; and extended family.
Visitation: Thursday, August 28, 2025 and Friday, August 29, 2025 from 3 pm to 6 pm. Funeral: 1 pm, Saturday, August 30, 2025, all at Reflection Pointe Funeral & Cremation Services, 3201 S. Webb Rd., Wichita, KS 67210.
