Phillip James Otto

Phillip James Otto, 67, passed away August 29, 2025. he was born July 31, 1958 to John R. and Joan L. (King) Otto in St. Louis, Missouri.

Phillip loved his Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ and his family. He loved traveling, fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by parents; daughter, Desiree Otto; and brothers, Paul Otto, Steven Otto, and John Otto.

Phillip is survived by wife of 48 years, Sheryl Otto; daughters, Brandis (Kevin) Lazar and Jennifer Davis; grandchildren, Joshua Lazar, Elizabeth Lazar, Sarah (Jesse St. John) Lazar, Phillip Lazar, Emma Davis, Samantha Lazar, Caden Davis, and Nolan Davis; great-grandson, Mason Lazar; brothers, Terry (Barbara) Otto and Christopher (Kathi Corbett) Otto; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial Service: 11 am, Saturday, September 6, 2025 at Rose Hill Friends Church, 14062 SW 180th St, Rose Hill, KS 67133.
