Kevin Thammavongsa

Kevin Thammavongsa, 29, passed away May 5, 2025. He was born December 12, 1995 to Angelo and Sabrina (Khaonhay) Thammavongsa in Wichita, KS.

Kevin is an alumni of Northeast Magnet High School. He was a big fan of the LA Chargers football team and KU Jayhawk basketball. Kevin was a proud father to his newborn and would never miss an opportunity to spend time with his nieces and nephews. If you were a friend to Kevin, you were family. He has touched so many lives and was loved by so many. He'll be remembered for his goofy attitude, infectious smile, and his incomparable vocals and dance moves.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Xay Khaonhay.

Kevin is survived by parents; daughter, Averyn Ally Thammavongsa; siblings, Nathan Thammavongsa and Allison Ally Thammavongsa; grandmother, Pheng Khaonhay; 2 nieces Addison and Ashton Thammavongsa; and 1 nephew Donavin Phimvongsa; Girlfriend Sara Phiouphongphang.

Visitation: Thursday, May 8, 2025 and Friday, May 9, 2025, from 3 to 6 pm. Funeral: 2 pm, Saturday, May 10, 2025, all at Reflection Pointe Funeral & Cremation Services, 3201 S. Webb Rd., Wichita, KS 67210.
