Jerry G. Corbin, 77, passed away Friday, April 19, 2019.  He was born January 8, 1942 to Kenneth and Alta (Keller) Corbin in Anthony, KS. He attended Pratt Community College and Kansas State University. Jerry moved to Wichita in 1967, where he worked for Boeing and Cessna. In 1974, Jerry and Iola moved their family to Pratt. He was a Data Processing Manager for The People's Bank and retired after thirty years. He enjoyed playing golf at Park Hills Country Club and Green Valley Golf Course. Jerry liked fishing and spending Tuesday nights playing cards at the Elk's Club. Jerry loved his family and his friends. We will miss him and cherish his memory. Jerry and Iola are both members of Chapel Hill United Methodist Church. Jerry is survived by his wife of 55 years, Iola; daughters, Connie (Mike) McCall and Carla (Shawn) Burgardt; grandchildren, Allison (Trent) Tholstrup, Ashley McCall, Kaylee Burgardt, Emily Burgardt; sister, Anita Poland; and uncle, Richard Corbin. He was preceded in death by both of his parents. A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 am, Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at Chapel Hill United Methodist Church, 1550 N. Chapel Hill St. Wichita, KS 67206.  Graveside service will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery, Pratt KS. Memorial contributions may be made to Lemon Park Lights, c/o The People's Bank, 222 S.
