Jeff Killgore , 56, passed away Thursday, April 2, 2020. He was born November 16, 1963 to James "Jim" and Lillie "Kay" Killgore in Wichita, KS.
Jeff was a hardworking man with the “enjoy the simple things in life,” mentality. Jeff worked for the Local Union 441 as pipefitter for over 35 years. Jeff was an avid outdoorsman, hunter, fisherman and guitarist. As a younger man, he was an avid weightlifter/bodybuilder and a gifted football player. He also had an ability to make exceptional smoked meats or host a fish fry with no hesitation. Last but not least Jeff enjoyed having an ice cold Budweiser or a Crown and Sprite with family and friends. Jeff would give you the shirt off his back and he was always willing to educate anyone who was interested in guns and the safety of owning one. One thing is for certain, throughout all of Jeff’s life journeys- this man has left a permanent mark etched on our hearts and will be enormously missed by all of those who know him. Loved by many, gone but never forgotten.
He was preceded in death by his parents; step-mother, Jodell Killgore; and step-sister, Crystal Musgrove. Jeffrey is survived by his wife, Dawn; children, Linsy Brunner, Jade (Kitra) Killgore, Ashley (William) Mitchell, and Bailey Killgore; step-children, Nick Armijo, Phil Armijo, and Misty Walton; brothers, David (Susie) Killgore and Marty Killgore; step-brother, John Fox; step-sister, Elaine Spaulding; grandchildren, Delaney, Denym, Jace, Ryder, Rory, Cash, Sylas, Margaux, Archer, Hunter, Lauren, and Sydney.
