Harold "Harry" Watzig, 94, WWII Veteran, passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2022. He was born July 31, 1927 to Edward and Marie (Bubenik) Watzig in St. Louis, MO.
Harry was active in sports during High school, College, and throughout his life.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Douglas; and grandson, Jeffrey.
Harry is survived by his 4 sons, Randall, Steven (Katherine), Jeffrey (Sheri), and Todd; 8 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and loving friend, Mary Cosel.
Harry will be laid to rest at the Kansas Veterans' Cemetery, 1208 N. College St., Winfield, Kansas 67156.
