Brenda Absetz, 82, passed away Friday, March 20, 2026. She was born January 1, 1944 to Howard and Hallie (Lindley) Ramage in Gideon, MO.
Brenda loved traveling to Hawaii, enjoyed gardening, and going to the casinos with her husband.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years Ronald Absetz, sons Ronald Jr. and Michael, her parents, and her brother Howard Brent Ramage.
Brenda is survived by her son, Howard; grandchildren, Nicholas (Briana) Absetz, Brianna (Josh) Newell, Emmilynn (William) Paul, Andrea (Justin) Barnett, and Mikel Taylor; her 14 great-grandchildren; and her life-long friends Judy and Les Howard.
[In lieu of flowers,] Memorial contributions may be made to her church; Parkview Southern Baptist Church, 3430 S Meridian Ave, Wichita, KS 67217.
