Jack L. Griffin

Griffin, Jack L., 80, was called home Saturday, July 17, 2010. He was a longtime Wichita resident, retired purchasing agent for Boeing Co. and a former Duke Printing salesman. He is survived by his wife, Alberta; sons, Bruce and his wife, Helen, and Scott and his wife, Ellen; daughters, Lois Griffin and Elaine Rice and her husband, Kim; brother, Paul of Haysville; sisters, Doris Scheurich of Arkansas City and Janis Gilmere of Wichita; 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. A loving husband, father, grandfather, dedicated pro-life activist and a faithful servant of the Lord, he will live on in our hearts and memories. A memorial has been established with Choices Medical Clinic in Wichita. Visitation 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Watson Funeral Home, 3201 S. Webb Road. Funeral service 1 p.m., Thursday, July 22, at Haysville First Baptist Church.
