Helen Baxter

Helen L. Warren Baxter, 86, former long-time resident of Wichita, loving mother and grandmother, passed away on December 19th in Albuquerque, NM. She was preceded in death by husband, Otis Dean Baxter, Sr., former employee of the Wichita Eagle; her son, Michael Ken Culkin; parents Samuel L. Warren and Viola Fern McCurdy Warren; and brother Samuel Leslie Warren. Helen is survived by son Mark Alan Culkin of Rio Rancho, New Mexico, daughter Sharon Culkin White and husband Ken of Albuquerque, O. Dean Baxter of Keller,Texas, Kenton Baxter of Tulsa, and Beverly Baxter Haussermann and husband Andy of Wichita, and loved by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a member of Gospel Light Baptist Church in Rio Rancho. Visitation will be Sunday, the 27th at 6:30 p.m., and Funeral on December 28, at 10:30 a.m, both at Watson Funeral Home, 3201 S.
