Leak, Alex, 59, retired nurse, loving wife and mother passed away on Dec. 21, 2009. She is survived by her husband Dan, daughter Michelle Leak of Oklahoma City, OK, sons David and Michael Leak of Wichita. Mother Acle McMillian and brother John McMillian both of West Monroe, LA. Private family services have been held.
