Bobbie J. Cogswell of Wichita, 75, passed away Monday, January 18, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband, William E. Cogswell. Bobbie is survived by her sons, William (Jennifer) Cogswell, Jr. and Jason Cogswell. No services will be held.
