Kozaka, John, 84, passed away Friday, March 10, 2006. Memorial services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, March 18, at Grace Community Church, 1600 S. Anderson, Newton, KS. Please send flowers to the church on Saturday. Survived by his daughter and her husband, Michelle and Don Ruebke, of Newton, daughters, Christina Nicodemus, Hesston, Sandra Roby, Derby, Rhonda Carra, Wichita, sister, Katherine Russeau, Rhode Island. Memorial donations may be made to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, 313 S. Market, Wichita, KS 67202.
