O'Donnell, David, 51, former Wichita Police Department Officer, Towanda, KS Chief of Police, Assistant Security Director for Marriott Hotels in Kansas City, MO, and Security Director of Security for the Fairmont Hotel of Kansas City, passed away unexpectedly January 15, 2014 at his home in Olathe, KS. David was preceded in death by his father, Jim O'Donnell. Survived by his loving family, wife, Melinda, sons, Kelly and Jeff, daughter, Erika, all of Olathe, KS, mother, Marilan O'Donnell, sister, Stephanie (Kevin) Reffner, of Wichita.
