Newton, Lorraine P., age 86, retired Federal Government secretary, passed away September 10, 2013, surrounded by her loving family.
The Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, September 14, at 1:00 p.m. in the Garden Chapel of Watson Reflection Pointe, 3201 S. Webb. Lorraine was preceded in death by her late husband Raymond Newton.
She is survived by her son John and daughter in law Nanette Wise of Wichita, five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
