Survived by his loving family, daughter, Kris (Mike) Baker, Derby; grandchildren, Lauren & Cody; son, Daniel (Julie) Novak, Indianapolis, IN; grandchildren, Joey, Jamie, & Justin; son, Andrew (Cindy) Novak, Las Vegas, NV. Memorial mass Saturday, 10 a.m., St. Mary Catholic Church, 2300 E. Meadowlark Blvd., Derby, KS. Memorials to St. Mary Catholic Church Building Fund.
